We are expanding our international footprint and are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive global patient acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Job Summary

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international business growth by generating patient referrals, developing partnerships with healthcare facilitators, embassies, insurance providers, international hospitals, and corporate organizations. The role requires identifying new markets, strengthening referral networks, and achieving international revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international business development and sales strategies to drive patient acquisition.
  • Build and manage relationships with international referral partners, medical tourism agencies, embassies, insurance companies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Identify new international markets and develop market entry strategies.
  • Generate qualified international patient leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Coordinate with clinical and patient care teams to ensure seamless patient experience from enquiry to treatment.
  • Represent Everhope at international conferences, healthcare exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand Everhope's global referral network.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and international healthcare opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.
  • Achieve monthly and annual international revenue and business development targets.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns aimed at international patient acquisition.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and relationship management with existing partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Hospitals, or Healthcare Consulting.
  • Experience in oncology, tertiary care hospitals, or medical tourism will be an added advantage.
