We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executives to join our retail sales team across the North region. The ideal candidate should possess strong jewellery sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should be well-groomed, confident, and capable of building long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, attention to detail, and the ability to provide customers with a premium shopping experience. The candidate should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards of store presentation and inventory management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting jewellery collections and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable jewellery products.
- Follow a consultative selling approach to educate customers about product features, craftsmanship, purity, certifications, pricing, and care instructions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Participate in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, local events, and customer engagement activities to drive footfall and sales.
- Ensure proper upkeep and presentation of jewellery counters, showcases, and display areas while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and take responsibility for inventory, stock replenishment, stock verification, and product handling.
- Follow all operational procedures related to billing, documentation, security, and compliance.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related queries professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, collections, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Coordinate effectively with store managers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives.
