The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management. The role ensures accurate financial analysis, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supports strategic decision-making to drive business performance and sustainability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage.

10+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.

Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar).

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
