Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $30–$36 per hour

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Boynton Beach, FL for a single-location orthopedic outpatient clinic. This position focuses on helping patients complete therapy programs that improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and day-to-day function.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and assist patients with treatment sessions that support recovery from injury, surgery, pain, or movement limitations.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide PTA treatment based on the PT’s plan of care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Support mobility, balance, strengthening, and range-of-motion programs
• Track patient response and report updates to the supervising PT
• Help patients understand exercise instructions and safe movement
• Document daily treatment details
• Support a smooth and positive outpatient therapy experience

Requirements

• Active Florida PTA License
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
