Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Pay: $30–$36 per hour
Office: One Boynton Beach office location only

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Boynton Beach, FL for a single-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is focused on helping patients follow treatment plans that improve strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and daily activity.

As the PTA, you will work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist and help patients complete treatment safely and correctly. The work is practical, active, and important to each patient’s recovery process.

Flexible Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver treatment based on the PT’s established plan of care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and mobility training
• Support balance work, gait training, and functional activities
• Track patient response and share updates with the Physical Therapist
• Reinforce home exercise programs and safe movement habits
• Complete treatment documentation accurately
• Help maintain smooth patient flow in the clinic

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and treatment follow-through skills
