Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Office: One Boynton Beach office only

We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boynton Beach, FL for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role is for a PT who enjoys working directly with patients and creating care plans that are useful, specific, and easy to follow.

You will support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, pain-related limitations, balance concerns, weakness, and reduced mobility. Your work will help patients return to walking, lifting, work tasks, exercise, and daily routines with better control.

Flexible Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations and identify patient goals
• Develop outpatient orthopedic treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility work, and functional movement training
• Track progress and revise plans of care when needed
• Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, and recovery habits
• Complete visit notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation
• Work with the clinic team to support smooth patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience
