About the Company
This company is an independent mortgage brokerage based in Western Australia that provides tailored property finance and lending guidance. Serving a diverse clientele, including first-time homebuyers, high-net-worth individuals, and seasoned real estate investors, the firm leverages relationships with over 30 lenders to source and secure competitive loan options. Its core financial services encompass residential home loans, mortgage refinancing to lower borrower risk, and structured investment financing designed to maximize portfolio returns.
Role Overview
As a Senior Parabroker, you will bridge the gap between technical credit analysis and end-to-end file management, taking complete ownership of applications from initial assessment through to submission and settlement support. Designed for a commercial thinker who thrives with minimal supervision, this position allows our onshore brokers to focus entirely on growth while you manage the end-to-end technical execution of each loan.

- Document Review & Verification: Conduct thorough reviews of client compliance documents and proactively identify any outstanding requirements.
- Credit & Policy Analysis: Analyze client income, existing liabilities, serviceability constraints, and evolving lender policies.
- Scenario Structuring: Design and structure complex lending scenarios across diverse applicant types, including PAYG, self-employed, company, trust, and SMSF borrowers.
- Lender & Product Strategy: Formulate lending strategies and recommend suitable products by critically comparing lender policies, pricing structures, turnaround times, and overall suitability.
- Application Packaging: Prepare comprehensive, high-quality submission notes, draft credit papers, and package flawless loan applications for submission.
- Stakeholder Liaising: Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate with lenders, BDMs, and internal broker support teams to resolve file reworks and track progress.
- Diverse Lending Scenarios: Seamlessly assist with specialized files, including refinances, debt consolidation, investment lending, and business purpose lending scenarios.
