As the business continues to grow, it is investing in a new website, podcast, educational campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen its market presence and generate high-quality client enquiries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the firm's marketing strategy and execution.

This role goes beyond simply managing social media or advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will act as the central marketing coordinator—bringing together content, paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, reporting, and campaign execution to ensure all marketing initiatives work together toward measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, managing day-to-day execution, and reporting meaningful results back to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Coordinate the launch and ongoing promotion of new campaigns, website initiatives, podcasts, and educational content
  • Ensure all marketing activities work together to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness
  • Build and manage campaign timelines, priorities, and marketing calendars
  • Act as the central coordinator ("quarterback") for all marketing initiatives

Social Media Management

  • Manage the firm's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
  • Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate
  • Continuously optimise content based on performance and audience insights

Google Ads & Lead Generation

  • Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
  • Develop landing pages and lead generation campaigns to support business objectives
  • Assist with lead magnets, campaign funnels, and conversion optimisation
  • Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment

SEO & Website Optimisation

  • Manage SEO strategy across the company website
  • Improve search visibility through on-page optimisation, content improvements, and technical SEO best practices
  • Support ongoing website updates and content management
  • Ensure landing pages and website content align with campaign objectives and customer journeys

Content Marketing & Brand Development

  • Coordinate content from financial advisers, including:
    • Educational articles
    • Case studies
    • Myth-busting content
    • Short-form video content
    • Podcast promotion
  • Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent and professional across all marketing channels

Reporting & Marketing Performance

  • Track and report on marketing activity, campaign performance, advertising spend, and ROI
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the advisory team
  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and customer engagement
  • Use data to recommend continuous improvements across all marketing activities

Tools & Systems

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Meta Business Suite
  • LinkedIn
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • CRM and email marketing platforms (experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar is advantageous)

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Experience managing Google Ads and SEO initiatives
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and ROI
  • Excellent written communication and content coordination abilities

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services, mortgage broking, wealth management, or other professional services industries
  • Experience launching podcasts, webinars, or educational marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
