THE KEY BITS
Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located in Massachusetts and have long-term working rights in the US.
Flexibility: We have office hubs in London and Boston, as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.
Salary: We benchmarked ca. $110,000 + 20% bonus + equity at IC3 level in our progression framework for someone based in Boston.
Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks.
Start date: As soon as you can start.
Reporting to: Sharen Gill, Director of Implementation → Sharen will be on maternity leave from mid-July. During this period, you'll report directly to Josephine Hanschke, Head of Customer Success.

Most LegalTech vendors deliver the opposite: protracted, scattered onboarding and thin support. The result? Customers lose excitement, use the platform less and eventually abandon it altogether.
We’re hiring to stay ahead — expanding the team so every customer continues to see rapid, effortless value from day one.
Your mission is to deliver value to our paying customers, ensuring full end-user adoption and stickiness in their org, while being the voice of the customer internally.
Success for you by month 3 means:
You’re comfortably juggling ~25+ live customers, managing multi-layer, multi-phase onboarding, tailoring delivery to each customer’s specific needs
You confidently serve as a technical expert - specialising across integrations, actively participating as a technical consultant to customers/prospects and internally
You run AI-augmented projects, coaching customers on AI workflows and best practices

You’ve autonomously onboarded multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
You’ve worked to and consistently delivered on team targets.
You’re proactive in learning new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to your work with customers.
You’re “legal-curious,” i.e. interested in how contracts and law intersect with tech.
Bonus points if:
You've worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
You've worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.
This job likely isn’t for you if:
Presenting live kick-off, training sessions and webinars solo feels daunting — you’d rather stay behind the scenes than guide customers in real-time.
Running 25-plus parallel onboardings sounds overwhelming — you prefer deep focus on a single account at a time.
Figuring out new software, integrations and troubleshooting workflows isn’t your thing — you’d rather avoid the hands-on technical work this role demands.
