Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes in Bucksmont and Main Line areas of Philadelphia is looking for energetic, dependable, and engaging part-time coaches to lead soccer and multi-sport programs for children ages 1–12.

This is a great opportunity for coaches, athletes, teachers, college students, camp counselors, and anyone who loves working with kids and wants a fun, active part-time job.

No professional coaching experience is required. We provide paid training, proven lesson plans, equipment, and ongoing support.

About Us

For more than 20 years, Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes have helped children build confidence, coordination, athletic skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement.

Our programs use positive reinforcement, creative themes, and game-based learning to make sports fun and engaging for children of all ability levels.

We offer year-round programs at schools, preschools, parks, recreation centers, and community locations throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, the Main Line areas of Philadelphia.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer and/or multi-sport classes and camps.
• Teach age-appropriate sports skills, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Follow our structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment.
• Keep children engaged through games, activities, and creative themes.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and partner locations.
• Deliver an outstanding experience every class.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a professional athlete. Personality, reliability, confidence, and the ability to connect with kids are extremely important to us.

Ideal candidates have experience working with children as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, childcare provider, recreation leader, athlete, or similar role.

Schedule & Availability

• This is a part-time, year-round position with flexible scheduling.
• Programs operate seven days per week, with coaching opportunities typically available:
• Mornings: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  Afternoons: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
  Evenings: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
  Weekends: Programs generally run between 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Coaches set their availability each season, making this a great fit around school, another job, or other commitments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Comfortable traveling to different program locations, typically up to 30–40 minutes one way.
• Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule for our 10–12 week seasons.
• Must have availability for at least one weekend day each week.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, professional, and comfortable leading groups of children.
