A structured graduate development programme designed to build future-ready talent through practical experience, exposure, learning and development across key areas of the Bank.
We are looking for graduates who are passionate about learning, solving problems, embracing technology and innovation, and making a meaningful impact.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field aligned to one or more of the following future skills areas:
- Digital, Data, Engineering and Technology Skills.
- Risk, Compliance, Legal & Governance Skills
- Banking, Economics & Financial Services Skills
- Innovation, Developer & Transformation Skills
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the FNBB YTDP Graduate Programme, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Botswana.
- Hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Not currently be participating in, or have previously participated in, another graduate development programme.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility, problem-solving ability, collaboration and a willingness to embrace change.
- Have an interest in building a career within banking and financial services.

- Certified copies of academic certificates
- Certified copy of full academic transcript with G.P.A
