Ready to join one of our Airbus Programs in Spain?
AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.
What do we offer?: Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).
Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.
About practical training:
- 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2027
- Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)
- Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring
Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:
- The student will design and implement a link budget simulation tool to support the evaluation of connectivity capabilities for different datalinks types (Line of Sight, Satellite) installed in different type of airborne platforms (manned, UAVs)
- The activities include:
- Design of the human Machine Interface
- Implementation of different ITU link related recommendations to cover different communication scenarios
- Integration of map-based coverage and multipath analysis
- Validation of the tool with test cases

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Studying Degree in aeronautical/aerospace, industrial, electronic, or telecommunications engineering.
- High level of English proficiency (Minimum level B2, C1 desirable)
- Spanish, French, and/or German will be considered an asset.
- Programming skills in Matlab and Python.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills
- Ability to work in international environment
- Positive energy, motivation, and a willingness to master responsibilities
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment in sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for taking responsibility for ideas and making them happen.
