Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, SEO with a deep technical foundation and strategic expertise to join our SEO team in Cairo. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end SEO strategies, leading complex technical executions, and delivering measurable organic growth across accounts.

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of advanced technical SEO solutions across multiple client websites.
• Collaborate with senior SEO strategists, web developers, and account leadership to integrate complex SEO best practices into broader digital marketing strategies.
• Utilize advanced programming knowledge (PHP, Python, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX) to develop custom tools, automate processes, and optimize complex website architectures.
• Conduct comprehensive, enterprise-level technical audits and directly implement or oversee sophisticated fixes to maximize search visibility, crawlability, and site performance.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key SEO performance indicators (KPIs), delivering high-level strategic reporting and actionable insights to clients.
• Architect and champion the use of AI-powered SEO platforms, custom scripts, and automation workflows to maximize team efficiency and predictive decision-making.
• Act as a thought leader by staying ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging web technologies, translating changes into proactive client strategies.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing SEO for multiple websites.
• Strong proficiency in web development using PHP, Python, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Deep familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Experience using SEO tools such as JetOctopus, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Exposure to AI-driven SEO platforms (e.g., Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse) and automation tools for reporting, auditing, or content optimization.
• Advanced understanding of server-side SEO and rendering strategies.
