Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time (No Shift Pattern)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and ensuring workshop operations run safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
As Workshop Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of our workshop, ensuring equipment, assets, and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and mechanics
- Planning and coordinating workshop activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Managing workshop resources, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
- Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting water and wastewater treatment projects through effective workshop operations
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate service, maintenance, and inspection records
- Collaborating with operational and project teams to meet business objectives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive leader who can balance technical expertise with excellent people management skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong mechanical maintenance and repair knowledge
- Experience leading and developing technical teams
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- A positive, solution-focused approach
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Experience within the water, wastewater, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, plant hire, utilities, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.

- Proven experience as a workshop supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices.
