  • Interview whistleblowers, witnesses, impacted employees, and subjects in a professional, objective, and confidential manner.

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive investigation reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Engage and communicate with disciplinary committees at various levels across the organization.

  • Support investigations across regional and, when required, global locations.

  • Deliver training and capability-building sessions for Legal & Integrity and HR teams to strengthen workplace investigation skills.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to HR teams on workplace-related matters.

  • Identify lessons learned from investigations and contribute to the enhancement of internal controls and risk mitigation measures.

  • Support the continued development and maturity of the Integrity investigation function.

  • Travel up to 10% as required to support investigation activities.

Your Background

  • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting corporate or workplace investigations.

  • Strong understanding of workplace misconduct investigations, employee relations matters, and fact-finding methodologies.

  • Experience managing investigations from intake through reporting and resolution.

  • Preferred professional background in Law, Human Resources, Compliance, Integrity, Ethics, Audit, or a related discipline.

  • Experience working with eDiscovery and investigation tools such as Relativity, ZyLAB, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical, interviewing, documentation, and report-writing capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple investigations and deliver results within established deadlines.

  • High level of integrity, independent judgment, attention to detail, resilience, and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies while maintaining objectivity and confidentiality.

  • Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

  • Based in Bangalore, India.
