Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About Real Estate and Workplace Services
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization designs, operates, and evolves the environments and experiences that enable Salesforce employees and customers to do their best work. Spanning more than 30 countries, our Agentic Campus reflects our values and culture – bringing together humans, agents, and robots to create inclusive, purpose-driven spaces where people feel a true sense of belonging. As customer zero of Salesforce’s own technology, REWS is leading the way, creating innovative and dynamic spaces that provide seamless and inspiring workplace experiences.
The Experience
The Workplace Innovation (WI) team is the research, insights, and testing arm of REWS. We use site studies, data, and pilots to evaluate office utilization, translating data into design standards, policy adjustments, and portfolio decisions. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Innovation, you will support the end-to-end execution of workplace pilots, testing new physical spaces, digital tools, and employee experiences to enable data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage full pilot lifecycles—kickoffs, workstreams, monitoring, and closeouts—keeping projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Based in San Francisco, Chicago, or Atlanta (Office Flexible, 3 days/week) with up to 25% travel for discovery, kickoffs, and monitoring.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Support the project plan. Turn concepts into projects by developing a project plan that aligns with pilot objectives. Partner closely with key stakeholders to define success metrics and a mixed-methods approach to understand the impact and outcome of each pilot.
- Run cross-functional programs. Stand up and coordinate workstreams across design, project delivery, operations, data and technology, communications, and employee engagement. Maintain the project plan, run recurring syncs, identify dependencies, surface risks, and escalate decisions to program sponsors when necessary.
- Turn data into decisions. Partner with workstream leads to synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into insights and recommendations.
- Build the pilot practice. Maintain and improve templates, trackers, and the pilot playbook and methodology; capture lessons learned; and make our approach easy for others in REWS to reuse.
- Use AI to work smarter. Apply AI tools to automate tracking, analysis, summaries, and reporting, and share what works with the team.
You’re Our Person If…
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management, workplace strategy, real estate, design research, or a related field, including 2+ years leading work through others.
- Proven record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience writing for and presenting to senior leaders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage several pilots at different stages at once.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an experimental mindset: you are as excited about a pilot that disproves an idea as one that proves it.
Even Better If…
- Background in workplace experience.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) or experience with Agile and stage-gate methods.
- Experience with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Tableau, and AI agents.
- Experience programs across multiple regions or time zones.
- Willingness to travel to pilot sites as needed.
