Your Impact
As a Workplace Coordinator at AirTrunk, you’ll help create a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience for employees, visitors and leaders. You’ll play a hands-on part in the growth and development of our workplace, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and helping keep the office safe, functional, well maintained and ready for everyone who walks through the door.
You’ll build strong relationships across AirTrunk, partnering with employees, leaders, building management, contractors and vendors to support workplace initiatives, events and projects. Along the way, you’ll gain broad experience across facilities, safety, onboarding and executive support, while working with teams across the Asia Pacific region and helping shape a workplace that reflects AirTrunk’s culture and ambition
What you’ll do
At the heart of this role is creating a Melbourne office where people feel welcome and ready to do their best work. From setting up meeting rooms and caring for shared spaces to greeting visitors and helping new starters settle in, you’ll make sure the details are taken care of.
Keeping the workplace running smoothly means coordinating maintenance, deliveries and day-to-day requests, and building strong relationships with building management, contractors and vendors. Regular safety walkthroughs and timely follow-up will also help keep the office safe and comfortable.
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll help bring people together through team events, wellbeing initiatives, leadership visits and offsites. Warm, clear communications and opportunities to support regional projects across Asia Pacific will let you make a positive impact across the wider workplace.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in workplace experience, office coordination, facilities management, hospitality, customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional and service-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence working with employees, senior leaders, visitors, vendors and building management.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the business.
- Experience with visitor management, access control or workplace systems such as Calven would be advantageous.
- A genuine interest in creating an inclusive, engaging and high-quality workplace experience and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Demonstrated adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities and evolving workplace needs.
- An interest in developing a broad career across workplace experience, facilities, events, safety and people support.
