Zenjob is an AI-powered platform for flexible staffing solutions that has been efficiently connecting companies and employees available at short notice since 2015. The position

Around 200 colleagues depend on their laptops, accounts and tools working every day. As our Working Student IT Support & Operations, you keep them productive by owning first-level support, devices, and onboarding and offboarding. That frees our IT engineers to focus on security and automation projects. You’ll work with Okta, Kandji, Freshservice and Slack.

You'll do this with us

• IT requests in Freshservice and Slack get a fast first response and a clear resolution or handoff.

• Every new joiner starts with a working laptop and the right access on day one, and every leaver’s access and hardware come back.

• Our asset inventory and hardware stock match reality.

• Colleagues solve common issues themselves with guides you wrote.

This is what you bring with you

• Enrolled at a university in Germany for at least the next 12 months

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS; Windows is a plus

• Experience supporting non-technical users, in IT or another service role

• Careful handling of accounts, access and personal data

• Fluent English; German is a plus

Nice to have

• Exposure to Okta, an MDM such as Kandji or Jamf, or a ticketing system

• You have built small tools with AI coding assistants and know where they can break

Practical Details

• Working hours: 16–20 hours per week during the semester

• Location: Berlin office, with 2–3 days per week on-site, depending on the agreed working hours

• Duration: Minimum commitment of 12 months
