Your Role

• Support the team across internal and strategic communications touchpoints
• Maintain communication platforms and content channels, including intranet pages
• Contribute fresh ideas and create communication content for internal formats and channels, e.g., articles in German or English
• Create and edit videos and other communication media
• Help plan, coordinate, and organize internal events, workshops, and communication formats
• Get involved in planning and reporting on communications by creating presentations and structured overviews
• Support community-focused communication activities as part of broader communications operations

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or Business Administration, with at least two years of study completed
• Initial experience in companies, startups, or agencies, preferably in a communications department
• Passion for communication, digital technologies, and digital transformation
• Ability to work independently, in a goal- and results-oriented manner, and with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Strong communication skills combined with empathy, enabling you to navigate through different environments
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar image/video editing programs is a plus
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written communication
• Interest in new communication technologies, digital collaboration tools, and AI-supported work methods is a plus
