Team accountabilities – How we work:

• ‘Keep the fleet flying’ is our main goal in Aircraft Availability – Business Aviation. We are here 24/7 for our customers delivering Services via a worldwide operating Services network. Our key focus is to provide fast response in Aircraft On-Ground (AOG) situations but also providing preventive maintenance to enhance engine reliability.  

Key accountabilities – What we expect from You:

• Support Service request management and Service delivery

• Support improvement projects

• Support the set up of dashboards for reporting and for workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Technical study or in Industrial Engineering

• Familiar with Aviation business, preferable Business Aviation

• Technical understanding of jet engine

• Strong interest in Service and Operations

• IT/ Digital affine

• Customer focused

• Basic Project Management skills

• To be able to cope with changes in a fast-paced environment
