We're looking for a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to own one of the most consequential questions in our company: how much human capacity we need, where it should go, what it costs, and what it returns.
This isn't a traditional workforce management role. Hundreds of PEs help our customers every day, and their time is one of the biggest investments we make. Most workforce teams spend their days maintaining that investment. We want someone to design it: to build the models and systems that make capacity decisions obvious, and to spend their time on the questions nobody has answered yet. What will demand look like when we launch something new? What is a minute of handle time actually worth? As AI takes on more of the work, where should the next hour of human effort go?
What You'll Do

Own the demand picture. Model how customer contact moves with growth, launches, promotions, and seasons, and tell leadership what's coming before it arrives

Turn demand into capacity strategy: how many people, with which skills, in which channels, at what cost, and what level of service each option buys

Build the people side of the model. Hiring, ramp, tenure, performance and attrition: find the levers that make new PSEs productive faster and keep great ones longer

Turn analysis into systems. We build our own workforce platform in house, and you'll design the forecasts, rules and signals that run in it every day, working alongside our developers and AI tools

Find what the data is hiding: the demand we aren't seeing, the capacity we're wasting, the metric that looks healthy and isn't

Test new ideas (operating models, channel mixes, staffing strategies) and work directly with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in Pakistan and the US. You'll represent the workforce view in the decisions that shape the operation in Pakistan
What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or any data role where your analysis changed real decisions

Comfortable with forecasting and statistics (trends, seasonality, uncertainty), and you know when a number is telling you less than it appears to

Curious about people as much as numbers. Behind every capacity model are people, and you want to understand what makes them stay, grow, and perform

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

A builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a report once than update it by hand every week

Able to operate independently and own something from the first question to the final decision
