As a Workday Technical - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. This role involves leveraging your skills in Workday Technology to support client needs and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while enhancing your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice, where you will analyze complex problems and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will have the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of business contexts and how they are evolving, while also maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Implementing Workday HCM solutions to support client workforce transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with teams to optimize Workday integration processes and enhance system functionality
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data analysis and reporting to drive business insights
- Leading Workday projects and managing deliverables to align with strategic technology planning
- Developing Workday Extend applications to automate and streamline business processes
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization to enhance client service delivery
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and support business transformation efforts
- Embracing change and fostering AI-human collaboration to innovate digital tooling solutions
- Guiding teams in Workday Studio for efficient design automation and reporting tasks
- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Prism Analytics
- Utilizing Workday Studio for complex integration projects
- Excelling in analytical thinking and strategic technology planning
- Embracing change and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborating effectively in AI-human collaboration environments
