As a Workday Financials and Reporting Consultant, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. This role involves leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to provide client support and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Application Evolution Services - Workday team, where you will collaborate with professionals to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to support client transformation initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to develop and implement strategic human resource planning solutions
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Workday solutions
- Leading business process improvement efforts to enhance organizational efficiency
- Conducting workforce analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to validate successful project delivery
- Facilitating change management processes to support organizational development and transformation
- Implementing employee engagement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture
- Supporting talent management initiatives through Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing change effectively within Human Resources projects
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and talent management
- Applying project management skills to HR transformation initiatives
