What You’ll Do
Implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR and business processes
Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions
Provide functional and technical support across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking and Absence
Configure Workday business processes, security roles, domains and reporting frameworks
Optimize HR workflows, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience
Support Workday integrations, collaborating with technical and integration teams when required
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in Workday implementation and support
Strong hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, security roles and reporting tools
Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework
Experience with Workday integrations, APIs and middleware solutions is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.
What Will Set You Apart
Workday certification (highly preferred)
Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday Financials
Familiarity with cloud‑based HR solutions and enterprise system integrations
Ability to work in international, multi‑stakeholder environments
Strong analytical mindset and a client‑focused approach
Additional Information
Flexibility for occasionally travels for key project deliveries and client meetings.
