Role Description:

As a GFiber Webpass Installation Technician II, you will serve as a key technical point of contact for customers, handling end-to-end internet service and device setup. In addition to managing standard residential deployment, you will leverage advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, infrastructure, and wiring challenges, uphold operational excellence, and mentor team members. |

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is between $31.49 - $38.22 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific hourly range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
