About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity and is passionate about crafting eye-catching advertisements that drive performance. You'll be responsible for designing a variety of ads for digital, print, billboard, and social media platforms, helping us reach and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital, print, and billboard ads as well as social media graphics for platforms like META, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitive research using tools like Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center to identify new trends and incorporate them into our ad designs.
• Create and iterate on ads specifically tailored for different social media platforms, ensuring each piece is optimized for platform-specific best practices and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience creating and iterating on paid ad designs for META, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrates a range of ad designs, including digital (static, motion, video), print, and billboard work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or After Effects).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback from various stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
