PeopleCert is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Content Management Assistant, to join our dynamic Website Management team. The Web Content Management Assistant will be responsible for uploading and overseeing content across PeopleCert websites. You will be part of a fast-moving and talented team working on ensuring our web experiences are complete, accurate, and engaging. You will collaborate with teams across PeopleCert, including Marketing, Product, Technology, UX/UI and Design, to understand content requirements, and implement them on our websites in a way that supports both user needs and business objectives. 

As a Web Content Management Assistant, your tasks will include the following:

• Manage the websites Content Management Systems (CMS), updating web pages based on existing templates and supporting the creation of new user flows and templates where required. 
• Collaborate with teams across PeopleCert to ensure that our websites are up to date, contain the right content and support customer journeys that help users and target audiences achieve their objectives. 
• Identify optimization opportunities and work with the Website Management team and other stakeholders to recommend improvements to content design and site content. 
• Conduct users acceptance testing for new implementations and perform quality assurance checks on published web pages. 
• Contribute to website performance monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of published content. 

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science. 
• Specialization in Web Content Development or Online Marketing. 
• Experience with web content creation and maintenance through Sitecore.  
• Proven professional experience in Web Content Development or Digital Marketing. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.  
• Excellent command of English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
• Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking. 
• Ability to collaborate within a multi-functional team's environment. 
• A getting-things-done attitude, able to multitask and prioritize. 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

Bonus point if you have the following as well:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.  

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM best practices.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

• Financial background check

• Employment reference check.

• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
