DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as an individual and experience our culture of care.
Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an intern/co-op on our team, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our colleague experience to life. You'll contribute to high-impact projects across change management, communications, events, and colleague engagement programs, helping us support leaders, connect colleagues to our TD Way and foster a strong and inclusive culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple disciplines, gain exposure to strategic work, and build your professional network.
What You'll Do
Change Management: Support the development of tools, templates and resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization.
Communications: Help draft internal messaging, develop content for newsletters and support communications campaigns.
Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities.
Colleague Experience: Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth.
Conduct research, gather insights and prepare presentations to support team initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
A passion for storytelling, employee engagement and organizational culture.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution, program management an asset

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence Jan 2027
