Job Description

Job Summary**

The WB Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited. This role focuses on understanding client financial needs, providing tailored wealth management solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
* Proactively identify and assess client financial needs across various wealth management products and services, including investments, insurance, lending, and trust services.
* Provide comprehensive and customized financial advice and solutions, working in collaboration with product specialists and internal stakeholders.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for wealth management products and services, contributing to the bank's overall revenue growth.
* Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews, ensuring alignment with client goals and market conditions.
* Stay updated on market trends, economic outlooks, and regulatory changes relevant to wealth management and advise clients accordingly.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Participate in client events and networking activities to expand client base and enhance brand visibility.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities to management.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related client-facing role within the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
* Strong understanding of various investment products, financial markets, and wealth management concepts.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
* Possession of relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license) as required by Thai regulatory bodies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
