รับผิดชอบในการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่มสถาบันและลูกค้าองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของธนาคาร

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก**
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่ในกลุ่มลูกค้าสถาบันและองค์กร
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น สินเชื่อ, การค้าต่างประเทศ, การบริหารเงินสด และการลงทุน
* บริหารจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านรายได้และผลกำไรของธนาคาร
* ติดตามและประเมินสถานการณ์ตลาดและความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าและธุรกิจ
* ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมผลิตภัณฑ์, ทีมวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
* ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด

คุณสมบัติ**
* ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการเงิน, การธนาคาร, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้าในสถาบันการเงิน โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มลูกค้าสถาบันหรือองค์กร
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ
* มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินและทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมและทักษะการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการเวลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
* มีความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
