As a Watches & Fine Jewellery Product Merchandising Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the product merchandising strategy across Middle East markets.
With strong prior experience in Watches & Fine Jewellery merchandising, you will bring a strong understanding of the industry, product categories, market dynamics and client preferences. You will analyse product categories and retail performances to identify opportunities, optimise assortments and stock allocation, and recommend action plans to achieve business objectives and maximise sales.
Missions
Reporting to the Business Development & Operations Senior Manager W&FJ, your main missions are :
Assortment & Model Stock
- Collaborate closely with Europe Merchandising to implement product assortment strategies adapted to local market needs and business priorities.
- Define, review and optimise model stocks by boutique and Retail Partner, ensuring the right product offer and availability across the network.
- Identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve assortment relevance.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability and ageing stock across channels.
- Proactively recommend and coordinate additional replenishments in line with marketing activations and events.
- Support new product launches through a rigorous and collaborative forecasting process, allocations, model stock follow-up, performance monitoring and forecast-accuracy reviews
Business Analysis & Product Performance
- Monitor and analyse product performance, retail trends and category dynamics across boutiques and Retail Partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business review reports, highlighting key opportunities, risks and recommendations.
- Track the performance of key collections, novelties and strategic product categories.
- Proactively recommend and coordinate stock rebalancing to optimise business performance.
- Work closely with Retail teams and boutiques to develop action plans that drive sales and improve product performance.
- Build and maintain product performance and stock management tools to support effective business decision-making.
- Share relevant market, product and boutique feedback with management and Europe Merchandising.
- Act as the main point of contact for Retail teams regarding product-related client requests.
- Coordinate incentives and commissions in collaboration with the Finance, HR and cross-functional teams.
Partners’ Product Orders Management
- Manage and follow up on Partners’ product orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication.
- Coordinate with the Retail Operations Executive and Partners on order placement, delivery follow-up and product availability.
- Monitor Partners’ stock levels and sales performance to identify replenishment needs and commercial opportunities.
- Support Retail Partners in maintaining an assortment and stock level aligned with business objectives and potential.
- Act as a key point of contact for Partners on product-related requests and follow-up.

What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate is a proactive and autonomous merchandising professional with proven experience in the Watches & Fine Jewellery industry. You have a strong understanding of WFJ products, categories, market dynamics and client expectations, and are comfortable using this expertise to support commercial decisions.
You are highly analytical and able to translate sales, stock and product data into actionable recommendations. You are rigorous, organised and able to manage several priorities simultaneously, from assortment and model-stock management to Partner order follow-up.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build effective relationships with boutiques, Partners and internal stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, take ownership of your responsibilities and anticipate needs rather than waiting for issues to arise.
Your experience is supported by:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Merchandising or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ merchandising experience within the Watches & Fine Jewellery industry. Luxury experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in assortment planning, model stock management, business analysis, forecasting and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose action plans
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage.
