1. Perform and record the pre-use inspection of the assigned MHE at the start of every shift (brakes, forks, mast, tyres, horn, lights, seat belt, 360° and mast cameras); report defects and do not operate a defective machine.
2. Unload incoming stock from production lines, trucks and containers; check for damaged or missing items and report to the Checker / Leader.
3. Put away stock into the correct WMS location using the RF handheld; cartons and pails into racking, drums and IBC into the drum yard; keep IBC upright at all times; confirm each put-away task.
4. Pick orders per WMS pick task: full pallets, loose cartons and pails (pick-and-pack), drums and IBC; verify SKU, batch and quantity on the label; move stock to the staging area.
5. Support loading of trucks and export containers under the direction of the Leader and Checker; follow the loading pattern and load-restraint instructions.
6. Apply required labels to product packaging when instructed; use stretch wrap and standard pallets correctly; report pallet or film shortages.
7. Drive within site speed limits, use seat belt, sound horn at intersections, keep forks low, respect pedestrian routes and exclusion zones, never carry passengers, never lift people, and park MHE safely with forks down and key removed.
8. Participate in daily cycle counts and wall-to-wall stock takes by moving pallets and counting as instructed.
9. Keep the work area clean and safe (5S); clear spills immediately using spill kits as trained; segregate damaged product.
10. Report every incident, near miss, damage, spill or unsafe condition to the Leader immediately.
11. Charge / refuel and park MHE per procedure at end of shift; keep the machine clean.
12. Attend toolbox talks and training; hold valid forklift licence and BP site PME authorisation; perform other warehouse tasks as assigned (checking, labelling, manual handling) during peaks.
