Warehouse Operative
Location: Exeter
Work Pattern: Sunday 08:00 - 13:00 (5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.96 per hour
Summary of Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Exeter on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Sorting, organising and storing stock within the warehouse
Picking and packing orders accurately to meet operational requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Carrying out stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting colleagues to ensure daily warehouse targets are achieved
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Skills and Knowledge
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Good organisational skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working in a physically active role
Desirable
Experience using warehouse equipment
Previous stock handling or order picking experience
Understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
