Responsibilities:

This position supports daily operations by performing a variety of clerical duties, including sorting and filing correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts or other records.

• Work as a team with fellow associates and other departments.
• Ability to retain learned knowledge and offer assistance to our guests by providing operational answers to all inquiries if needed
• Perform related duties as necessary or required by management

• Qualifications:
  
  • High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous office or operations experience is preferred.
• High level of demonstrated professionalism and customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills necessary
• Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others.
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  
  

Compensation: $32.77ph

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
