As a Warehouse Materials Coordinator you will work onsite in Bingen, WA. This is an opportunity to get work experience at a leading aviation company, start your career today in this exciting industry.
What you’ll do:
- Loading, unloading, and moving parts and materials.
- Receiving and inspecting shipments and deliveries.
- Triaging, inspecting, and receiving parts and/or documents for compliance to requirements and written procedures.
- Receiving, reviewing, and assigning return material authorizations.
- Processing scrap material for disposal.
- Compiling and maintaining manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials.
- Performs kitting for new builds, rework and return materials and fulfill requests as needed.
- Picking, issuing and packing material for outbound shipments to ASTM standards.
- Coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections, departments, or suppliers according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities.
- Resolves receiving, kitting, shipping, non-conforming material, return material or source issues.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of related experience; OR comparable combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker)
- Previous training in Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Supply databases.

(On-Site) This role requires hands-on work on our products/collaboration with on-site teams, and will need to work onsite full-time in Bingen, WA
