About The Opportunity
ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.Why ORBIS?

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
· Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
· Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
· Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
· Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
· Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
· Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
· Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
· Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
Work Experience:
· 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
· Prior forklift experience required
· Prior leadership experience
Shift Hours
- 6:00am-2:30pm
