We're hiring a VP of Marketing to help define that next chapter — the brand, the category, the product story, and a scalable demand generation engine to fuel pipeline growth. Our visual identity is established. Our messaging, positioning, and brand system are still in motion. We’re looking a for a creative, motivated, and passionate leader to help take Siro to the next level.

Siro is known today as a sales coaching product. The ambition is much larger: to own sales performance management for in-person sellers. We want to bring AI to lift up traditional industries that modern software has passed over for decades.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Siro's brand strategy and market positioning as we expand from sales coaching into a broader category

• Own product marketing: messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for our target verticals

• Shape how Siro tells its story across customers, prospects, recruits, and the market — brand, creative, and communications

• Sharpen our differentiation in a market with legacy incumbents, two scaled venture-backed players, and a growing wave of new entrants

• Partner with demand generation and Sales leadership to connect brand and product marketing to pipeline and revenue

• Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team as the function scales

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ in leadership roles at technology companies

• Deep brand and product marketing experience — you've defined positioning and a category story, not only executed campaigns against one

• Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing teams from early stage to scale

• A strong point of view you'll argue for, and the judgment to teach a company how to think about marketing as it grows

• Strong partnership track record with Sales leadership in complex selling environments

• Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and frequent change

• Brand and commercial impact, together. With demand generation already established, this role owns the brand, creative, communications, and product marketing side — making sure what we build, how we explain it, and how we show up all reinforce one another.

• A seat at the table. You'll work directly with our CRO and CEO as a strategic partner, not an execution layer.

• Room to grow. As the function and company scale, so does the opportunity for this role to evolve into a CMO scope.
