About the role:

As a Brand Manager Voltaren you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of brand activities with a strong consumer-focused mindset. You will work closely with the Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to bring brand plans and initiatives to life.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of brand initiatives, collaborate with multiple functions, and contribute to driving brand performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the execution of annual brand plans, strategies and measurements to meet or exceed sales and profit targets through the annual commercial planning process.

• Manage day-today brand activities, supporting execution, demand planning, consumption forecasting inputs, marketing spend management.

• Monitor and optimize digital commerce and media performance.

• Support market and category analysis across consumers, customers and competitors, identifying risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics teams to support consumer research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Support delivery of brand objectives and KPIs aligned with sales and performance targets.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in local and above-country level, including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Shopper, Creative and Media external agencies.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management.

• Passion for consumer understanding and brand building.

• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ownership and resilience mindset to drive initiatives end-to-end.

Preferred qualifications: 

• Master’s degree.

• Experience in Consumer Healthcare / OTC / FMCG / CPG.

• Experience in working at a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
