How You'll Shine:

The Project Director will primarily be responsible for achieving defined sales targets. You will be responsible for supporting the Vice President with staff recruitment, development and site financial management. Duties include but not limited to;

• Deliver the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
• Assist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales team
• Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on the marketing strategies
• Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices
• Actively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employees
• Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible

This position is located in the Las Vegas Virtual Sales Office. This position requires a valid Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate License and works onsite.

 

What'll Bring:

• Previous Virtual Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background with experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team.
• Successful proven track record in achieving sales.
• Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Previous Club Wyndham or WorldMark experience preferred
• President's Club inductee preferred 

 

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
• Be driven, self-motivated and results focused
• Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
• Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business
• Be flexible to work the operational hours of the site
• Virtual Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience is essential to this role
• Must have an active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate License or willing to obtain within specified time period.
