Virtual Order Support (VOSS) Supervisor (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Virtual Order Support Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading a national team of Virtual Order Support Specialists responsible for ensuring continuity of order execution, customer experience, and operational performance during approved sales coverage gaps.
• Managing the team’s operating cadence, workforce planning, workload balancing, capacity assessment, coverage governance, and accountability mechanisms to ensure consistent execution across regions.
• Leveraging productivity, quality, utilization, fulfillment, customer impact, and capacity data to monitor performance, identify risks, coach team members, and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Partnering with Sales, Clinical, Customer Experience, Revenue Cycle, Order Operations, and leadership stakeholders to align priorities, resolve barriers, manage escalations, and support business outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining scalable processes, team readiness practices, reporting routines, and continuous improvement initiatives that support launch stabilization, long-term growth, and operational discipline.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires, at a minimum, one of the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Advanced English C1
• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND six (6) years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, customer operations, revenue cycle, care coordination, medical device operations, home care, post-acute care, or a related healthcare environment; OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND ten (10) years of equivalent healthcare operational experience.

In addition to the above, the following qualifications are required:

• Three (3) years of people leadership experience, including responsibility for performance management, coaching, employee development, workload management, and operational accountability.
• Experience leading customer-facing, patient-impacting, or revenue-impacting healthcare operational workflows in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using operational metrics, productivity reporting, quality indicators, and performance analytics to identify risks, support decision-making, and drive performance improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Clinical, Customer Service, Operations, Revenue Cycle, or healthcare delivery stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment, escalation management, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate operational recommendations effectively to leaders.

Additional Qualifications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience partnering directly with medical sales, clinical sales, nurse-based sales teams, hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers.
• Experience supporting home care, DME, wound care, hospital discharge, post-acute care, or payer and documentation workflows.
• Experience launching, scaling, or transforming operational teams, programs, governance models, or business functions.
• Experience developing workforce planning models, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, forecasting, quality review processes, or performance improvement plans.
• Process improvement, project management, Lean, Six Sigma, healthcare operations, or a related certification.

Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work, with onsite presence in Belén, Heredia, required for Moments That Matter.)
