Essential capabilities
- Strong MEP design and construction coordination capability
- Sound understanding of HSE compliance, site safety and risk controls
- Ability to oversee consultants, contractors, landlord and building management interfaces
- Construction quality assurance, testing, commissioning and handover experience
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and issue resolution capability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi stakeholder project environment
 

Other capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Working knowledge of project documentation, compliance records and reporting templates
- Exposure to workplace fit-out, integrated systems validation and operational readiness
- Familiarity with vendor governance, change management and risk tracking
 

Experience
- 12+ years of experience in MEP engineering, workplace fit-out, construction delivery, facilities engineering or project engineering
- Proven experience in contractor oversight, quality control, commissioning and HSE coordination
- Experience in commercial office, corporate workplace, technology enabled workplace or large fit-out projects preferred
 

Qualification Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline

- HSE certification, NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred

- Project management or facilities management certification preferred

Key Accountabilities:-

Key tasks, accountabilities and challenges of this role

- Technical review and coordination of MEP designs and engineering solutions

- Site based engineering, construction and HSE oversight

- Contractor and consultant performance monitoring

- Construction quality assurance, compliance checks and risk mitigation

- Testing, commissioning, integrated systems validation and handover support

- Coordination with landlord, building management, Technology, Operations, Security and workplace stakeholders

- Support future asset transition, operational readiness and lifecycle management
