Vice President, Enterprise Marketing

About the Role:

Hello Heart is growing rapidly and is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Marketing to lead our enterprise marketing strategy and drive measurable commercial growth.

This leader will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to build compelling market positioning, generate qualified B2B pipeline, and ensure strong, consistent messaging across every client touchpoint.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will own enterprise marketing strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, segment messaging, partner marketing, and go-to-market execution for new products and solutions. You will build scalable programs while continuously testing, measuring, and optimizing what drives growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy aligned with Hello Heart’s growth and commercial objectives, leading a high-performing team tied to pipeline, market awareness, and ROI.
• Build and drive integrated B2B demand generation strategies across digital, email, content, events, paid media, and account-based programs to generate qualified pipeline, partnering closely with Sales and Regional VPs.
• Translate market, buyer, and competitive insights across target segments (employers, consultants, health plans, strategic partners) into clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Own and evolve Hello Heart’s overarching enterprise messaging and campaign calendar, maintaining consistency across all marketing, digital, and client-facing touchpoints.
• Develop scalable sales enablement programs and assets—including presentations, proposal templates, case studies, product fact sheets, competitive docs, and videos—to equip commercial teams to win.
• Collaborate with channel and strategic partnership teams to build joint positioning, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market programs that expand reach and pipeline.
• Lead strategy and execution for conferences, industry events, executive engagement, and product/solution launches to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable outcomes.

• Establish, monitor, and regularly report on KPIs (pipeline influenced, MQLs, CAC, ROI, conversion rates), using data and experimental testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications: 

• AI-native marketing leader who embeds AI into strategy, workflows, and decision-making to increase speed, personalization, efficiency, and measurable commercial impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible B2B marketing experience, ideally within digital health, healthcare technology, employee benefits, or a similarly complex enterprise environment.
• Significant experience developing and executing enterprise demand generation strategies that directly contributed to qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and experience partnering closely with senior Sales leaders on pipeline generation, account prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise across demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, sales enablement, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning and messaging for multiple audiences, market segments, and products.
• Strong track record of building, measuring, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns using a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence, communicate, and build alignment across all levels of an organization.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate market, customer, and performance data into actionable commercial strategies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $250,000 to $270,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
