  • Present recommendations and strategic insights to the Executive Team and Board.

  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Legal, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to support successful execution.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an accomplished senior professional who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial and financial acumen.

You will bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, management consulting, venture development, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting M&A transactions, including financial assessment, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, and strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional financial modelling and business case development skills.

  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and lead complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build credibility and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
