As the Veeva Global Directory Governance Administrator you serve as the business owner for Global Directory governance, reviewing and approving directory requests to ensure data quality and compliance with established governance standards. You will partner with operational leadership, business teams, and IT to support enterprise research systems and data management processes across SMO and Site operations. You will coordinate approved Global Directory updates with IT and supports ongoing governance activities to maintain data accuracy, operational efficiency, and service-level expectations. You will be responsible for the following:

• Manages the intake, review, and approval of Veeva Global Directory requests, ensuring compliance with established governance criteria and data quality standards.
• Coordinates approved Global Directory updates with IT and responds to governance requests within established service-level expectations to minimize operational impact.
• Provides governance support for enterprise research systems and data management processes, partnering with SMO and Site teams to support operational, quality, and compliance objectives.
• Maintains working knowledge Veeva Clinical, Veeva SiteVault, Global Directory data structures, and governance processes.
• Develops reports and analyses to support governance oversight, data quality monitoring, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives focused on data quality, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.

You should have the following for the position:

• A high school diploma
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Able to communicate via email, text and outlook meeting platforms
• Critical thinking and problem resolution abilities
• Independent work ethic
• Resourceful and heightened analytic abilities and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
