Who you are:

As a Vault Receiving Clerk, you are our director of currency. You will be responsible for keeping Frost currency safe. You will ship and receive sealed bags, making sure safeguards are in place. You will be responsible for using your attention to detail to inspect various forms for release and documentation for proper processing. More than that, this role is about following established procedures and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

• Ship or receive sealed bags to appropriate armored carrier or bank personnel only after proper documentation and inventory is assured
• Transcribe on standard forms into the computer, information received from customers relating to cash amounts required
• Inspect various forms for releases and documentation and check empty deposit bags to ensure that contents have been removed and properly processed
• Maintain perimeter security by admitting authorized personnel
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Flexible with work schedule
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs on a daily basis

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer and calculator skills
