What You’ll Do
- Deliver general urologic care with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests (reconstructive experience welcome but not required)
- Step into thriving practices with immediate patient volume and optimized clinic flow
- Perform surgeries and procedures with robust APP and support staff assistance
- Equitable call schedules designed for a sustainable work-life blend
- See 25 - 35 patients per clinic day in busy, established practice
Who We’re Looking For
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists
- Open to both experienced physicians and those finishing training—no fellowship required
- Team players committed to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and collaborative growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year guaranteed base salary and rewarding production model
- Two-year partnership opportunity with no buy-in
- Comprehensive benefits package including:
- PTO and CME time
- Annual CME allowance
