Job Summary

Required Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

2 years of experience in either business operations setting, customer services, or sales environment.

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational and research skills.

Experience organizing, planning, and managing multiple functions simultaneously.

Analytical skills.

PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

** This position has an in-office (Downers Grove, IL) requirement of 3 days per week, this is NOT a WFH/Remote role**

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience in Health, Dental, or Ancillary Insurance industry

Experience in Salesforce applications.

Experience in insurance administration

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
