Job Description

• Lead the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of enterprise Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms.
• Manage and support large-scale Cisco UC environments including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Contact Center solutions.
• Maintain and optimize SIP trunking, SBCs, voice gateways, and telephony infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft Teams Voice integration, Direct Routing, and telephony migration initiatives.
• Administer call recording and workforce optimization platforms including NICE and Verint solutions.
• Drive platform upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
• Act as L3/L4 escalation point for critical voice and contact center incidents.
• Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders on strategic communication initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, operational, and availability requirements.
• Lead vendor engagements, support contracts, and technology roadmap planning.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration.
• 5+ years managing Cisco Unified Communications environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CUCM
  • Cisco Unity
  • Cisco UCCX or UCCE
  • SIP Trunks
  • SBCs
  • Voice Gateways
• Experience supporting enterprise contact center technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice or Direct Routing.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across voice, telephony, collaboration, and contact center environments.
