JOB DESCRIPTION:

TTDP是雅培杭州工厂主导的技术人才发展项目，旨在为公司培养未来的技术专家或技术团队管理者。每位TTDP（技术菁英）都会经历为期三年的轮岗，逐年担任三个不同的技术岗位，并有机会获得国内外短期轮岗或项目支持等机会。每位TTDP将被分配到一条重要的产品线，通过课题研究和项目实践掌握产品知识，提升自己解决问题的能力，并获得丰富的技术和实战经验。还有一对一的导师辅导和多元化的文化学习，以加速公司技术人才的发展与成长。
轮岗岗位：研发、产品技术支持、产品调试、质量等
职位要求：
1.   2026应届或毕业一年内的硕士生，本科或硕士是生物、化学、医药等相关专业的优先
2.   英语听说读写流利；
3.   抗压，韧性强；
4.   有创新思维；
5.   能在技术上做纵深发展；
6.   沟通、学习能力强；
