Details of the Division and Team:

TSCO Korea Branch Operations provides comprehensive operational support, including trade settlement, confirmation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting, for a range of products such as Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income, and OTC Derivatives. To optimize efficiency, certain processes have been delegated to offshore teams, requiring close collaboration for day-to-day deliverables. The TDI TSCO Korea Branch Operations teams are structured and operate based on these defined processes and product categories.

Your key responsibilities:

• Cultivate a deep and comprehensive understanding, backed by hands-on experience, of investment banking product lifecycles and operational workflows, encompassing Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, Fixed Income, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Derivatives, as well as critical processes like trade settlement, confirmation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

• Drive and contribute to regional and local initiatives for system enhancements and process automation, leveraging practical experience to ensure solutions meet regulatory obligations and optimize operational performance across the full product and process spectrum.

• Articulate and meticulously document business requirements, and produce critical operational documentation, drawing upon proven experience to support sustained regulatory adherence and successful business expansion throughout the operational lifecycle.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, specifically covering trade settlement, confirmations, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in workflow automation tools and AI-driven solutions, alongside strong IT skills, including advanced MS Office capabilities, to streamline processes and minimize manual intervention.

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with a robust sense of control, proactiveness, and self-discipline to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and collaborating on projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Strong teamwork ethic, actively contributing to collective success through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Fluency in both Korean and English.
